When you see the impressive banner in the colors of Spain along the balconies, above the entrance, do not think this is a recent "Unionist" display. The flag has always been there. And the atmosphere, too. A little like a discotheque, we come here to drink and meet than to discuss, except to have hyper-powerful vocal cords. But the menu of cocktails, including the indispensable gin tonic, is quite satisfactory and the very friendly boss.
