ALMA DE IBÉRICO
It is with pleasure that we return to this store, which has been installed since 2010 in an old Bodega, more than centenary, and a member of the Iberian ham producers club. Stone walls, multiple artistically presented ham and sausages, red barrels covered with glass to taste and chic packaging for all products sold: We already know it'll be good. On the ground, a glass plate even lets you see the old cellars of the bodega. Here the tasting is guided and explained by an expert. Jambon, including an ibérico jamón from Bellota, Lomo, chorizo, sausage and served with wine. You will learn to differentiate each product and have basic concepts on the best cut of ham. And they will discover in particular their specialty, the scoundrel, a low salt sausage and wrapped in a canvas and not in a hose through a methodology that they are the only ones to practice. You can visit the factory, surrounded by oak trees, to learn about the processes of salvation, drying and maturation of the various products.
