This church built in the sixteenth century in a Renaissance style was abandoned and restored in 1990 to be transformed into Casa de Cultura. The sacristy of the building preserves a column of needle shaped stone where heads of Comuneros heads, beheaded in the public square, were exposed after the battle of Villalar (1521). Temporary exhibitions are organized by the Villalar-Castilla y León Foundation and can be visited upon request.
