This restaurant is part of the Nipponia Group. It is located in the Onae residence, the large traditional house dating back to the Meiji era. It belonged to a Japanese banker, founder of a bank which later became the Mitsubishi Group. The room, which opens onto an interior garden, is sublime, pleasant and subdued. Seasonal dishes are prepared with local products. The French-inspired cuisine is beautifully created by the chef, Shu Ishii. Tasting such dishes in such a pleasant setting is a delight.
