You'll probably be reluctant to go in, thinking you're making a mistake. It feels strange to be in front of a factory. And yet this Sakai institution has been offering soba, Japanese buckwheat noodles, since 1695. The place is unique and the atmosphere is very exotic. It's a must-see address in the city. One tastes his soba sitting on the tatami, surrounded by a local clientele. The most popular dish is "Seiro Soba", which is steamed soba (¥800 / ¥1000). The taste and texture offer a great culinary experience.
