BRISTOL ART MUSEUM
Interesting little art museum in Bristol housing works by local and emerging artists as well as temporary exhibitions.
The Bristol Museum of Art, founded in 1963 by three Bristol women, has recently been housed in the completely renovated former barn in Linden Place. On the ground floor there are three galleries displaying works by local and emerging artists. The collections change regularly. Upstairs are studios and classrooms that host a variety of courses. On sunny days, temporary exhibitions take over the lawn. It's a small, interesting museum, but you can get around it fairly quickly.
