Clarisse's Farm, adjacent to the restaurant, is an Ali Baba's cave of local and seasonal products. Asparagus in April, strawberries in May, braedala in December and carefully selected wines. It is not surprising that Clarisse Sibler and her daughters Pauline and Amélie are back at their 100% gourmet, 100% chauvinistic inn. You can taste the best of Alsace: sauerkraut (generously) garnished, Clarisse's asparagus "as much as you like", homemade chestnut torch. Yummy!
