It took 20 years to attend the opening of a bakery in Sigolsheim! Since November 2014, Virginie and Hervé Fleith have been delighting lovers of good bread! The young couple is campaigning for the restoration of the good taste of yesteryear with breads made in accordance with ancestral bread-making methods, using natural ingredients such as pure water, sea salt and flour that has not been bleached, treated or aged for two months. Special breads, various sandwiches and mauricettes, hot pies, poultry pies, snacks, tasty pastries, homemade ice creams, delicious pastries and daily specials (at lunchtime) vary according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to stop by the Mambourg bakery, in its pleasant tea room or on its pretty wooden terrace.

Bonjour je me permet de vous répondre. Non je n'avais rien consommé c'était juste effectivement mélangé. Mais merci quand même pour votre réponse du coup je met une étoile en plus car c'est rare une remise en question et je vous en remercie. Effectivement ce n'est pas vous qui fabriquer la salade c'est une bonne idée d'en parler au fournisseur.
