Fabien Stirn and his wife Odile cultivate 11 ha in Sigolsheim. They vinify wines from exceptional terroirs spread over the Grands Crus Brand, Schlossberg, Sonnenglanz and Mambourg. Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing, slow vinification at low temperature and finally aging on lees for 6 months: all this creates fine and concentrated wines. The domain participates in the operation Picnic at the Winegrower's at Pentecost. It is in conversion to organic. On their estate, Fabien and Odile offer 2 gîtes designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people.
