13 ha of organically grown vines. Three grands crus, many exceptional wines. Gîte for 9 wine lovers.

Sylvie, Roland Carrer and their daughter Anne-Cécile vinify 15 ha according to the precepts of organic farming (Ecocert certification since 2012). The estate owns parcels on the terroirs of 3 Grands Crus: Schlossberg, Furstentum and Wineck-Schlossberg. Discover the wines at the cellar (Grands Classique, Grands Crus, Vins d'Exception ranges) and at the Côté Vigne restaurant managed by Marie-Charlotte, the eldest of the Carrer children. A pretty Alsatian house can accommodate 9 people who would like to linger in this charming village.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés à la boutique à Kayersberg et avons pu goûter plusieurs vins. Gros coup de cœur pour le Riesling - Schloessel Mühle et pour le Pinot Gris grand cru. On reviendra !! Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Tolle Weinverkostung mit 4 Gänge Menü direkt in den Weinbergen!
Wir haben zufällig den Flyer gesehen und waren beim 1. Mal dabei. ????Nach einer Wanderung in den Weinbergen (die wir leider wegen einem Knöchelunfall nicht mitmachen konnten) gab es direkt in den Weinbergen fantastische Bioweine mit einem spitze Essen. Wir kommen wieder. Alle waren super nett, Stimmung, Aussicht alles außergewöhnlich ????????????!
