The estate dates back to 1610, when Hans Blanck acquired his first Alsatian vines. 24 ha, 5 Grands Crus, 5 lieux-dits and 120,000 bottles produced every year by Paul Blanck: this estate is a Kintzheim institution. The vines, worked by hand, without fertilizers and grassed, produce quality vintages. Treat yourself to one of the extraordinary cuvées, such as the Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles 1999, with citrus fruits, quince, pumpkin and carambola on the nose and peppery, spicy flavours on the palate. Dégustation en février, sur réservation. Un accueil chaleureux, nous y avons passé 1h30 à déguster de très bons vins, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Un vignoble familial et de qualité, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
