Davide Palluda, Piedmont's Michelin-starred chef, runs two open-air entities inside the Enoteca regionale del Roero: the All'Enoteca restaurant upstairs, and the Osteria dell'Enoteca, inaugurated in 2013, on the first floor. We tried theOsteria, whose prices are much lower than those of the restaurant, and highly recommend it. The regional gastronomic tradition is very well interpreted and beautifully presented, with a considerable choice of wines, all in a very pleasant setting. A great address!
