Davide Palluda, Piedmont's Michelin-starred chef, runs two open-air entities inside the Enoteca regionale del Roero: the All'Enoteca restaurant upstairs, and the Osteria dell'Enoteca, inaugurated in 2013, on the first floor. We tried theOsteria, whose prices are much lower than those of the restaurant, and highly recommend it. The regional gastronomic tradition is very well interpreted and beautifully presented, with a considerable choice of wines, all in a very pleasant setting. A great address!

Posto carino situato sotto il ristorante stellato di Palluda. In questa osteria (di proprieta e gestione dello stesso chef stellato) si mangia bene a prezzi contenuti. Da migliorare un po il servizio ai tavoli. Sicuramente ci ritornero'.

Location molto accogliente, menù degustazione (manca il secondo nelle foto) ottimo con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente (menù 35€).
Ottima carta dei vini e servizio informale ma curato.

Buon cibo ma manca aria condizionata e ci hanno fatto aspettare perché non gli tornavano i conti con gli incassi (assurdo)

Right next to the local wineshop in Canale (‘enoteca’ yes), upstairs a Michelin-star restaurant (Davide Palludo), the Osteria has great local dishes, the best local wines and very nice staff and nice restaurant So 5 stars, prego!
