Fana Ladina is one of the best restaurants in San Vigilio, in a very old house in the village. Ladin specialities are served in Tyrolean folk costume in a wooden attic room. The specialities of the house: venison tartar, baked pork shank and rumptof, a traditional Trentino fruit dessert made with rum - not a very Tyrolean alcohol. Equally exotic are the crafun, a savoury doughnut with meat ragout, and the feies da soni, potato chips with blueberries or sauerkraut.
