Historic hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spa with steam room and sauna
Historic hotel in Val Pusteria, named in memory of its former owner Emma Hellenstainer, who pioneered tourism and hospitality in the region in the 19th century. Spacious, comfortable rooms, some furnished in charming, authentic traditional Alpine style, others more modern. The restaurant offers South Tyrolean cuisine, with some dishes inspired by Emma's recipe book, as well as pizzas. Warm, friendly staff. We also love the spa, with its hammam and sauna.

Non c'è niente fuori posto in questo albergo storico di Villabassa, con una forte personalità e un'identità che lo rende una meta da ricordare e da desiderare. Posizione centrale, perfetta per parcheggio, servizi, negozi, autobus e trenino. Pulizia impeccabile; spa piccolina, ma perfetta e tenuta benissimo (molto meglio di altre famose e a pagamento); colazione super, con prodotti di alta qualità. E per concludere la cortesia e la professionalità dei proprietari e di tutto il personale di sala e di servizio che ti fanno sentire sempre ben accolto e a tuo agio. Dovrebbero clonarli e distribuirli in tutte le città d'Italia per insegnare come si fanno turismo, accoglienza e si trasmette la cultura delle tradizioni. Dimenticavo: al ristorante si mangia benissimo, con belle porzioni e prezzi onesti e la pizza è squisita!
