Historic hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spa with steam room and sauna
Historic hotel in Val Pusteria, named in memory of its former owner Emma Hellenstainer, who pioneered tourism and hospitality in the region in the 19th century. Spacious, comfortable rooms, some furnished in charming, authentic traditional Alpine style, others more modern. The restaurant offers South Tyrolean cuisine, with some dishes inspired by Emma's recipe book, as well as pizzas. Warm, friendly staff. We also love the spa, with its hammam and sauna.

Arrivati per caso a pranzo quasi in orario di chiusura, abbiamo mangiato meravigliosamente bene. Personale molto gentile e conto dal rapporto qualità /prezzo eccezionale.

Zunächst war ich etwas skeptisch, da es abends im Dunkeln nicht sehr sauber schien.
Ursprüngliche Bewertung:
Super Aussicht, Zimmer mit Balkon, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum, nettes Personal.
Aber leider war das Bad nicht sauber.
Wir haben 50 EUR / Person pro Nacht gezahlt, daher ist es okay, aber die mangelnde Sauberkeit hat das Feeling getrübt.
Die Zimmer sind auch sehr klein.
Neue Bewertung:
Es war TRAUMHAFT - jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!!
Bei Tageslicht haben wir gesehen, dass das Bad ok sauber war und eigentlich nur alt.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war GENIAL LECKER. Für den Preis von 50/Person wirklich unschlagbar. Jederzeit wieder!
