Hotel with 17 spacious and equipped rooms on the seafront, with a swimming pool, 2 restaurants and a bar in Grand Bay

When you choose a small structure like this one, with 17 rooms (including 5 Family rooms and 4 Honeymoon rooms with Jacuzzi), it's because you're shunning the big hotel business and all that goes with it, such as compulsory half-board. A mistake not to be made. Because the flowers of this paradise grow partly in the plates, which are always tasty! Aside from the chef's talents, and even if the surroundings are a bit cluttered, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and all on the seafront (albeit without a real beach): a good deal. Wir können die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, für uns hat alles gepasst.. Die Anlage ist schön grün und toll angelegt, Lage und Frühstück am Strand. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Ja im Treppenhaus gab es einige Ecken die mal aufgeräumt und geputzt werden müssten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wurden wirklich jeden Abend positiv überrascht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich zu uns.

Nevertheless, it was one of the worst hotel I went. Firstly, no warm welcome (the staffs were so rude), no arrival cocktail, not ever a bottle of water in the rooms. We were on a Half-Board package, not even a bottle of water was included during dinner time however we got a nice buffet breakfast, the ideal relaxing time was in the jacuzzi but in the last minutes we met a nice woman named Saira who was really helpful to us. Hope to improve with excellent services.

Worst hotel ever. Bad welcome not even a cocktail to welcome us. Staff are very cold like disturbing them when ask for something. We were on half-board when having dinner even water we need to buy no drinks are included as per the guy. 1 glass of soft drink was at rs195..very expensive..The breakfast was nice and there was a lady Mrs Saira who was very helpful to serve us coffee and had a conversation with us.
The best part was the jacuzzi and nothing else. Worst hotel ever
