Saudi shopping malls are full of original addresses to treat yourself. Yauatcha has taken over the first floor of the Mode center, at the foot of the Faisaliyah Tower. The restaurant is specialized in dim sum and baozi. The recipes are contemporary and inspired. No ha kao, but ravioli stuffed with lobster and caviar, or with edamame, the Japanese pea. The address will please vegetarians and vegans, as the specialties are indicated on the menu with a pictogram. For dessert, don't miss the delicate French-inspired pastries.
