For once, Taghmees combines modest fast-food prices with a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. You can try the subtleties of foul (a kind of bean soup), prepared here in a variety of ways, as well as houmous (chickpea purée). For breakfast, Arabs also love lamb liver, falafel or sojouk (ground beef). At lunchtime, you can opt for one of the sandwiches, which here are pita breads stuffed with meat or simmered vegetables. We love the wooden decor and the large, colorful fresco.
