Lusin serves authentic Armenian cuisine, very carefully prepared, in a contemporary and pleasant setting. You can try the manti, a specialty of beef ravioli, cooked and presented in a rosette, to be dipped in beaten yogurt and tomato sauce. You can also succumb to soborak, the Armenian vegetarian lasagna with bell pepper and cheese. For dessert, maamoul with cheese and nuts is a must. The cookie is prepared in all Levantine countries, especially at Easter or during Ramadan.
