IITA
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is not a hotel, but a study centre with some surplus facilities for rent. However, it is by far the best place to stay in Ibadan for those who come as tourists: immersion in nature and guaranteed rest! For business travellers, prefer city centre addresses, as IITA is quite off-centre. The rooms are located in buildings that are a little reminiscent of student residences, and are simply furnished, but with every comfort, air conditioning, TV, wifi, wardrobe, desk and refrigerator. The first category contains only a single bed and the upper categories are a little more colourful. The restaurant is very cheap and offers quality continental and Nigerian dishes. People come to IITA to rest, walk in the huge park and enjoy the various sports facilities: it is enough on its own for a weekend.
