LA TRUCHA GRILLA
This is an essential visit, as this place breathes the love of family cooking. For thirty years now, we have been entering here like the benevolent grandmother's house: through small stone steps that lead into a large wooden house of natural bliss. Last but not least, we find at the entrance the baskets of vegetables that are just waiting to end up on your plate, accompanied by a trout to fall on the ground. Before that, you can choose between a chard soup, mushroom soup or a salad. Those who would make the most of it can fall back on a chicken with cream, a pork shank or even rabbit. Dessert for the gourmands.
