NTALASHA LODGE
It is intriguing to find such an establishment in the small town of Bunkeya. About twenty well-equipped pavilions with the desired comfort given the enclosed area (generator and hot water on request), spread over a sloping flowered ground and decorated with a fountain. A few straw huts are available for restoration. Magnificent view over the valley and Mount Nkuru. It was one of the prominent local people from the royal chiefdom, Dr. Ntalasha, who built this hotel to meet the tourist needs of the region, which is still in its infancy (apart from the delegations and the historic ceremony of 20 December) but which has the merit of existing. It is however imperative to inform in advance of your arrival, and to book meals, as you will not find much to eat..
