This church of Romanesque origin, documented as early as 996, which gave its name to the village of Santpedor, was redesigned several times, particularly in the 16th century when the architectural elements of the current Gothic church were added. One of the most remarkable elements is its Romanesque portal attributed to Arnau Cadell, author of the cloister of Sant Cugat del Vallés.
