Montserrat has a total of four tourist offices. Three of them are located in the Montserrat monastery, while the fourth is at the Monistrol de Vila cog railroad stop. The main tourist information office is located opposite the Cremallera de Montserrat, inside an office. It is open all year round and has two to three members of staff. There are also two tourist information kiosks at the Montserrat monastery, one near the rack station and the other at the top of the parking lot. The fourth tourist information office is located next to the ticket office at the Monistrol de Vila rack railway station. The kiosks are only open during the summer months. The tourist information offices provide information on the Montserrat monastery, maps, information on walks, guided tours, mass and concert times, as well as tickets for the Montserrat Museum and the Espai Audio Visual.
