Built in the 10th century, it has kept its old and picturesque structure. Some avant-garde art elements have also been added by artist Sean Scully. The complex was restored in 2015. The viewpoint behind the building offers a breathtaking view of the Geopark's territory. We can see the Pyrenean mountains that delimit it to the west, the salt mountains of Suria and Sallent, Sant llorenç del Munt to the east, while Montserrat stands behind us. We will then imagine these natural expanses, millions of years ago, entirely covered by the sea.
