In Fals, hoisted on a rocky promontory overlooking the right bank of the Fonollosa river, lies along the old road that connected Barcelona and Cardona, the defensive complex of the Fals towers. The most notable elements are undoubtedly the two towers of the castle dating from 995, one 17 metres high, the other 19 metres high, overlooking the church of Sant Vicenç de Fals, the presbytery and the cemetery.
