The "pedra seca" (dry stone) road - which are actually several - winds through the countryside of Monistrol de Calders and is the result of the region's long agricultural history. Along these routes are many dry stone huts, once used as resting or storage places by field workers. This walk even goes back to the Iron Age, with the remains of the Dolmen del Plà de Trullàs, a megalithic monument dating from 2000 to 1500 BC that offers an eloquent view of the surroundings.
