The concept of this place, at the crossroads between a motorcycle garage and a coffee shop, is unusual to say the least. Real machines are displayed between the tables where you will drink your coffee and eat your sandwich or salted waffle (the house specialty). Many Hudson residents, motorcycle fans or not, stop by during the day to chat with the boss or have a coffee to go. The equipment and motorcycle helmets on display are actually for sale.
