The products are carefully selected like this fregula blackened with coal according to a very old and artisanal process. The menu is essentially seafood, and the fish comes from the Neapolitan community that has been living in Golfo Aranci for over a century. The chef offers a delicate and delicious cuisine that is well worth a stop.
