The gastronomic restaurant of the Hotel Gabbiano Azzuro puts the small dishes in the big ones to make you discover, and reinvent, the Sardinian specialities. The products are carefully selected like this fregula blackened with coal according to a very old and artisanal process. The menu is essentially seafood, and the fish comes from the Neapolitan community that has been living in Golfo Aranci for over a century. The chef offers a delicate and delicious cuisine that is well worth a stop.
