This charming villa is set in a small lane on the outskirts of the peaceful hamlet of St Lucija with the three surrounding hills of Ghar Ilma, Il Mixta and St Lucija, each with its own natural spring. The views across the countryside to the capital Victoria are breathtaking, with the Citadel visible in all its splendor. The Citadel is only a short distance away and is a must-visit to admire the 360° view over the whole island.
The property is accessed through its own double wrought-iron gates, which lead down a driveway to the front of the property, past the beautiful raised swimming pool.
This spacious, airy apartment is spread over a single floor. Steps from the hall lead up to a very large living and dining room with the kitchen leading off. It has a lovely stone fireplace with wood-burning stove and a piano! A fabulous room for entertaining or relaxing. Next to the entrance hall are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with its own shower/bathroom. A large terrace surrounds the side of the house, passing in front of the double bedroom and continuing to the living room and kitchen.
There are ceiling fans throughout and the rooms are equipped with coin-operated air-conditioning units for hot and cold. These are one- and two-euro coins.

Villagg tal-Fanal is a five-minute drive from the capital Victoria. There's a well-stocked mini-market just a few steps from the village.
There are twenty-six houses in all (with one, two, three or four bedrooms), each with a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for independent vacations) and a comfortable living room. All two-bedroom houses have a large terrace on the ground or second floor.
A large swimming pool and deckchairs are at residents' disposal. The village is adorned with plants, creating an atmosphere of total relaxation and tranquility. All residents can park their cars in a large underground parking lot located beneath part of the village itself. A weekly cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels, is provided free of charge.

The old traditional farmhouse "Ta Kikka" has been lovingly restored and is now a fusion of elegance and original charm. It is located on the outskirts of Xaghra, a lively town with many stores and restaurants as well as a bank. . Ramla beach is just a short drive away. This is the best beach in Gozo, and arguably in Malta. A wide expanse of red sand, it is often referred to locally as "Ramla il-Ħamra" - the red sand beach! It's a fabulous place to swim, dive and relax in the sun. The area around the beach is wonderfully underdeveloped, although there are a few cafés and a stand set back from the beach.
A long, sunny corridor leads to the house, with doors to the pool and garden on the left and to the main living room on the right. The pool is a quiet, walled-in area for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The original tiles give this house a wonderful glimpse of its past. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a large space, perfect for socializing, both for families and couples. A wood-burning stove gives an extra cosy feel on cooler winter evenings.
A superb stone spiral staircase leads to the upper level. There is also an external stone staircase, characteristic of many of Gozo's old farmhouses. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful original features. There is space for a folding bed and/or crib, if required.

Ta Karmnu is an original, converted Gozitan house with beautiful old features and a fabulous swimming pool with distant views of the citadel across rolling fields and terraces.
On the first floor there's a living room with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a large double bedroom and a shower room. An additional folding bed and/or crib could easily be installed here if required. A door leads to a roof terrace where the view is even clearer, and further steps lead to the upper roof area.

The house is located in the charming village of Ghasri, with its iconic red-domed church. A small supermarket and the bus stop with regular routes to the capital Victoria are just a few steps away. The Inland Sea and the spectacular Blue Hole are just a few minutes' drive away, as is the local craft village. A short distance away is the fabulous church of ta Pinu which, since rumors began in 1883 that Our Lady of Ta 'Pinu was chatting with a local, has become a pilgrimage destination for many. Visitors have included St. John Paul 11 and Pope Benedict XV1. The capital Victoria is a ten-minute drive away, and a visit to the Citadel ramparts for a 360° view of the island is a must.
