If you come here, it's above all for this magnificent terrace set right on the sand and facing out to sea. Ilha do Arroz is both a restaurant and a bar on Comporta beach. The fresh fish is sold by weight, so the bill may reflect this, but everything is of good quality. Vegetarians will find what they're looking for, and seafood lovers will be delighted with the Berbigão à Bulhão Pato (cockles with garlic)... For a snack, you'll prefer the tiramisu or the cheesecake, but at sunset, the caipirinha is the unanimous choice.

J'ai pris une caïpirinha chez Ilha do Arroz à Comporta. Hmmm…. Très bon goût.
