Opened in 2017, the Maison du Vinho e do Cante is a project of the municipality, which invested the town's most beautiful tavern, Zé Lelito, to turn it into a museum center. The space is dedicated to the memory of traditional Alentejo taverns, wine production, popular poetry and the Cante alentejano. On display are large clay jars like those used by the Romans and still used today by vinho de talha producers. A guided tour of this museum can be organized on request from the municipal museum.
