TXOKO
For those who would like to appreciate the paw of Martin Berasategui, Michelin-starred chef, here is a slightly more informal and accessible proposal than the 3-star restaurant already present in the Abama hotel. Opened in July 2016, it presents the classics of traditional Spanish cuisine, but with the touch of a great expert. It can also be enjoyed in the form of raciones such as croquettes, ham, cheese, mushrooms or squid, depending on the season. There will also be small octopuses with potato cream, coriander mussels, fish carpaccios, superb grills, veal tartars and of course, hams and Iberian cheeses. To finish, for example, with the arroz con leche, another must-see. Given its success, this restaurant, which is open every day, is full and it will be wise to plan your reservation in advance.
