PITZTALER SCHNEEFEST

The Pitztal Snow Festival is one of Tyrol's typical folk festivals. Celebrated every year at the beginning of April, it celebrates the last snows, the end of winter and the arrival of spring, with a huge parade of traditional music and numerous festivities in the warm atmosphere of this mountain community. It's a festive occasion open to all, a chance to sample Tyrolean folklore with the locals. A warm, festive atmosphere, where the beer usually flows freely! Activities are organized for children.
