MOHONK MOUNTAIN HOUSE

Mohonk Mountain House is not quite an ordinary establishment. To begin with, those who wish to stay there cannot simply book a room for the night: you must buy a package giving access, in addition to the night, to two or three meals and the many facilities offered by this gigantic resort. When it was founded in 1869, Mohonk Mountain House was a small family inn founded by the Smiley brothers. Over the years, the establishment of ten chambers has grown to 259 today.
