The Buffon parking lot operates as a "parking en ouvrage" (long-stay, sheltered parking lot), i.e. like other Vinci parking lots in terms of pricing, but it should be noted that it is managed by SERM (Société d'équipement de la région mulhousienne). In a nutshell, this parking lot, which looks like a surface parking lot, works differently... Parking is available for €2 for 4 hours, and is equipped with barriers and video surveillance cameras.
