Restaurant with a typical Alsatian decor, honouring the regional gastronomy in Mulhouse.
Just a stone's throw from the Place de la Réunion, the Stuwa, with its typically Alsatian decor, is masterfully run by Marie-Christine Musslin and does justice to regional gastronomy. A simple menu, abundant in local specialities such as surlawerla, pig's knuckle or fleischschnacka. It is also the ideal place to glean the latest gossip about the city centre: we thank the regulars and the size of the restaurant! Above all, we love this beautiful and good address which sprinkles a touch of chic on the essential dishes of Alsace.
