Winstub Factory is a restaurant with a stylish Alsatian concept, a combination of traditional and modern! At the gourmet decks, it's the excellent Virginie and at the helm of reception, Romain, the boss! Both are known as the white wolf! They've been officiating with talent and dedication for many years. The products are meticulously selected, and artisanal craftsmanship is the order of the day! We can't wait to get our hands on Orion butcher's meat again... The decor is industrial, in keeping with the times.

Accueil chaleureux
Des plats avec trop de sauces dans les plats ce qui gâche le goût du plat, une tarte flambée cramé, un pain caoutchouteux, un wok imbibé de sauce soja, les mauvaises sauces pour les cordons bleus,….
Beaucoup d’attente et obligé de demander plusieurs fois de l’eau ou du pain.
Par contre une équipe agréable et souriante :)
