A Mulhouse institution offering local gastronomy from small local producers in a typical setting.
"Zum Sauwadala" or in other words "À la petite queue de cochon" is a real Alsatian tavern. A Mulhouse institution. As soon as you enter the place, you will be able to discover a typical setting with its rustic side, its visible beams without forgetting its 300 pigs and the hundred or so mugs scattered everywhere. The years pass and the plate tends to decline. This is the sad fact that we are obliged to make. What a pity, the Alsatian taverns are not very numerous in the City of the Bollwerk! The latter has always been considered almost as a tourist place. The remontada is possible, at least we really hope so!
