A careful and inventive cuisine, although traditional, with excellent Alsatian specialties. Don't forget the entrecôtes, tartars or fillets of sole or salmon, or the little nod to the nearby Sundgau region, with the fried carp. In the kitchen, Mrs. Belkacem, the owner, does not hesitate to regularly rework her menu. Her latest little treasures: "bouchées à la reine aux morilles" or "amourettes". We like this address for the smile of the owner, the taste of the dishes, the decoration, everything contributes to it! A beautiful address for a tasty cuisine.

restaurant qui fait honte à la gastronomie alsacienne pourtant si réputé !
La choucroute n'a aucun goût et les fleischnakas ne sont pas faits maison (alors qu'indiqué comme tel par le serveur).
je déconseille vraiment, Mulhouse possède d'autres restaurants beaucoup plus intéressants.

Nous y sommes retournés car nous étions contents de notre premier passage avant le changement de propriétaire. Contrairement à l'affirmation du petit futé, le changement n'a rien amélioré au contraire ! Le service est trop long et la superbe choucroute au poisson est moins bonne. Dommage. Le cadre est toujours appréciable. Les serveuses sont en effet plus agréables que les serveurs !

A cold welcome and service. The smile is function of the average bill, ask again several times what is on the table.A shame because the Alsatian menu is provided and authentic setting, which lacks in Mulhouse. Especially every midday Sunday. Do not bother looking for the explanation further...
