Mais dites moi Monsieur le "patron", lorsque vos clients mangent sur place, vous leur servez une coupelle de sauce et leur retirez de la table? Comment es ce possible?
Qu’est ce que c’était agréable de venir chez vous il y a quelques années … le bon vieux temps! Car depuis quelques temps, nous nous rendons compte que ça vous dérange fortement de prendre une commande au téléphone, d’être agréable avec vos clients et de faire des plats aussi bons qu’avant.
Regrettable. Quoi qu’il en soit, en nous faisant payer une pauvre sauce à 1€ le pot, vous venez de perdre toute une famille qui vous était fidèle depuis au moins 10ans!
