The Squash 3000 restaurant is an institution, a year-round rendezvous not only for dining, but also for meeting Mulhouse's business leaders, politicians and sportsmen and women. Whether at lunchtime or in the evening, the restaurant is packed, and reservations are recommended. It's even worse in summer, when the terrace is taken by storm. It's more relaxed than the noisy dining room. It has to be said that for years, the cuisine has always been equal to itself. Without being extraordinary, it is always of the same quality, and served in quantity. The restaurant offers a wide range of salads, pastas and pizzas to satisfy even the biggest appetites. Add to this a variety of dishes on the slate, such as mussels, veal kidneys or grilled salmon, and there's something for everyone. There's one change to the menu this year, and that's the stand. There are a few woks to report, but apart from a significant price increase, nothing special! Given the occupancy rate, it's not surprising that from time to time the service can be long, but this is not a recurring occurrence. Welcoming a large number of regulars, the waiters sometimes forget to deal with less familiar customers. This familiarity can be attributed to the Squash 3000's relaxed sporting atmosphere.

n'était pas au rendez-vous, service trop brillant, ne recommande pas .
Premièrement, le soir de notre arrivée nous avons été reçu par une personne qui malgré l’effervescence de la soirée a su gérer notre réservation. Elle courait entre le téléphone, les clients du restaurant attendant pour payer et nous et est toujours restée aimable et souriante !
Concernant le personnel, nous avons aussi eu affaire à l’agent d’entretien et d’autres employés qui ont toujours été souriants et agréables.
Quant à la chambre, elle est simple mais efficace. La propreté est de rigueur avec le strict nécessaire (gel douche, savon neutre, drap de bain… pensez donc à prendre du shampooing si jamais).
Les lits sont confortables.
J’ai vu certains commentaires concernant la télévision mal orientée, nous n’avons pas eu ce souci.
En revanche, niveau insonorisation nous avons pu noter les arrivées et départs des autres clients ainsi que la circulation extérieure.
Le rapport qualité prix est correct.
