Les plats sont bien travaillés, bien présentés, bien dosés l'assaisonnement de différents ingrédients dans la même assiette. Autant pour le poisson que pour la viande, le chef maîtrise bien la cuisson. Différents saveurs avec différentes textures，une vraie plaisir pour mes papilles gustatives ☺️????
