Le 4 in Mulhouse has been a culinary adventure since 2009. Tatiana and Lionel serve traditional French cuisine with a twist, thanks to their travels. Local products and homemade dishes are on the menu: homemade foie gras terrine, scallop ravioli, pike-perch pavé and, to finish, a dark chocolate crème brûlée to die for. Selected local wines add the finishing touch. Chic and welcoming, Le 4, recommended by the Michelin guide, is a place where every plate tells the story of a journey... with a touch of adventure!

Première visite au restaurant le 4... et quelle belle découverte! Service parfait, personnel très professionnel, vin proposé au verre de très bonne qualité et la cuisine juste parfaite. Nous avions des st jaques en entrées et un tataki de magret de canard, et un poulpe grillé et risotto au chorizo qui était juste parfait! J'y reviendrai à coup sûr !

Lieu cocooning classe. Le service existe encore de nos jours avec plusieurs petites attentions qui touchent. La cuisine est un régal de l'entrée au dessert. Ce restaurant sort du lot, je recommande vivement.
Bravo aux cuisiniers et au personnel de salle.

Les assiettes sont joliment présentées,les mets bien cuisinés et relevés avec goût avec une palette de saveurs subtile. Le personnel est très serviable et à l'écoute. J'y ai passé un excellent moment.
