Nothing to say, we eat well, we drink well, Joris is nice. He will tell you that we don't drink enough Alsatian wines in Alsace and that "when we drink well, we want to eat well and preferably local products". All of this is true and can be felt in this small room with its wooded decor. Joris describes his cooking as "spontaneous and less formal" with a small menu that is always in motion. He makes it a point of honor to work directly with local producers and will comment on the wines and dishes with enthusiasm and technicality. There are many people, a very "boboïsante" clientele and it is this little overrated side which contrasts with the local will of the place.
