They've come back to life since Philippe Lebran and his team took over the reins of this centuries-old establishment. Comfortably seated in comfortable Chesterfields overlooking the Auberge du Zoo's great hall, you can enjoy delicious cocktails, 80 different rums or, for the more discerning, Mariage Frères teas and herbal teas.
