In the evolution of shares with a collective tendency, the sixth Barter Food Mulhousien takes place on a Sunday in July in the beautiful Salvator Park. Upstream, participants are invited to think responsible consumption through short circuits, to cook seasonal fruit and vegetables produced without pesticides, insecticides or gmos. Everything must be home, without conservation in the cold and produced locally. To compete, you only have to carry out one to three culinary preparations in free quantity with labels indicating names, compositions and possibly recipes. Jams, biscuits, serving cakes, grout, sauces, chutneys, compotes, canned vegetables or fruit, syrups, dried plants. Nothing to buy, nothing to sell, just the pleasure of cooking in conscience and sharing since late in the day a large buffet is drawn to everyone's attention. If you pass by chance, you will also be invited to taste with all present. salads, sweet and savoury pies, fruits and juices that will then be offered free of charge. A friendly atmosphere for a truly citizen-friendly approach!
