Raphaël Schmitz's martial arts club: judo, nunchaku, taekwondo, Thai boxing, taiso and much more, for all ages!
Under the direction of Raphaël Schmitz, 7-time Masters world champion and 15-time European champion, this club aims for excellence. With a team of 6 trainers, it offers disciplines for the whole family: judo from age 6, nunchaku, Thai boxing, taekwondo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. For adults, taïso combines gymnastics and martial arts to work on flexibility and fitness. A family atmosphere and top-level performances are combined, with trial sessions available.
